JGL’s Education Centre (EDUC) launched in February 2025 with a clear mission: to build a strong foundation of knowledge, skills, responsibility, confidence, and a sense of belonging for new employees, particularly in production and related areas.

EDUC is located within the JGL Pharma Valley complex in Rijeka, spanning 300 square meters. It features workstations for dosing, weighing, testing, labelling, and cartoning; a training area for operating electric carts in the plant; an IT classroom; and realistic simulations of business scenarios.
Ivo Usmiani, member of the JGL Board of Directors and the company’s founder and leader from its inception, has been honoured with a new lifetime achievement award. The award was presented by CROMA (Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs) in Zagreb, under the high patronage of the President of the Republic of Croatia, Zoran Milanović.
The issue, with a total nominal value of EUR 60 million and a fixed annual interest rate of 4.125%, underscores JGL’s significant role as an issuer driving the development of the domestic capital market.
