As part of a partnership that has been growing over the years between the University of Rijeka and our company as its classroom, twenty students from the University of the Third Age visited the JGL Museum of Pharmacy last month.
Danijela Štanfel and lecturer Marin Pintur organised a lecture entitled “The History of Pharmacy.” The visitors, headed by Kristina Tolić, had the opportunity to learn a great deal about the local and global history of pharmacy in our specialised museum.
This project by the University of the Third Age is the result of working with the City of Rijeka to raise individual and social awareness of citizens over the age of 55, improve their motivation and mental health, and enhance their social inclusion and quality of life.
