At the congress of the Coordination of Croatian Family Medicine (Koordinacija hrvatske obiteljske medicine, KoHOM), JGL’s team presented the new JGL’s antibiotic in an unusual, innovative and cutting-edge way.
This product, used for treating bacterial infections, made its debut in the corporate part of the showroom, through a virtual reality app. This relatively new form of communication in our region uses computer modelling and simulation to enable the user to interact with an artificial 3D environment.
The user travels from the kidneys, through the ureter, and down to the bladder inside a glass pod, and is able to catch 3D models of antibiotics and bacteria that appear during the virtual journey. After aiming at the bacterium and catching it, the name of the bacterium, it’s basic information and 3D model are displayed inside the pod. The app ends with the essential information on JGL’s medicine.
The promotion drew the attention of many curious visitors who took their turn travelling through virtual reality and praised the innovative use of new technologies in education.
