More than 150 Polish and Croatian business entities, including the representatives of JGL, met on 28 January at the Economic Forum in Warsaw. The forum was organised by the Croatian and Polish Chambers of Commerce as part of the official visit of the Croatian president, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović.
"This Forum is a strong foundation for strengthening economic relations, common infrastructure projects and cooperation within the V4 group and the "Adriatic-Baltic-Black Sea' initiative," said Kitarović, further pointing out that the signing of the Chambers of Commerce Cooperation Agreement between the two countries can serve as the basis for business entities to enter the market of 85 million people.
Marina Pulišić, member of the Management Board, and Dunja Siuc Valković, Director of the Global Business Development Management, participated in the Forum on behalf of JGL.
"Poland is the fourth fastest growing economy in the EU. The potency of this market is amazing; it was almost the only European economy that has not experienced negative economic growth during the strongest period of the global economic crisis," said Pulišić upon returning.
"The Polish pharmaceutical market is very developed, highly dynamic and competitive. The forum was an excellent opportunity for the consolidation of relations with our existing partners and for establishing new business contacts, connections and partnerships that can bring new business opportunities to the company," said Siuc Valković.
